Maybe 1 hour after this review was uploaded, I received a phone call from Jack at customer service. ***This is an updated portion to my review and a response to M圜heekyDates reply. I’d suggest people spend their time/money on other, more legit services in their area. They have agreed to a refund but I will be back complaining on here and dispute it if I don’t see it charged back. I get that customer service is stressful at times, but the level of passive aggressive in his emails was bad enough to warrant writing this review. Customer service (Troy?) lived up to the “cheeky” part of “M圜heekyDate” and not in a good way. At that point l was done and wanted a refund - they have wasted enough of my time. Cancelled 2x events in a row with limited notice.
